Disclaimer – Legal Information
Right to Information and Withdrawal You have the right to inquire about your collected personal data free of charge and immediately at any time. You can also revoke your consent to the use of your provided personal data with future effect. For this, please contact the service provider specified in the imprint.
Privacy Policy (General) When accessing our website, general information (so-called server log files) is automatically collected. These include, among others, the web browser you use, your operating system, and your Internet service provider. This data does not allow any conclusions about your person and is statistically evaluated by us to improve our website technically and in terms of content. The collection of this information is necessary to correctly deliver the content of the website.
The use of the website is generally possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.
If a contractual relationship is to be established, substantiated, or amended, or if you make an inquiry to us, we collect and use personal data from you to the extent necessary for this purpose (inventory data). We collect, process, and use personal data to the extent necessary to enable you to use the web offer (usage data). All personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the stated purpose (processing your request or executing a contract). We take into account tax and commercial law retention periods. By order of the competent authorities, we must provide information about this data (inventory data) in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger, to fulfill the legal tasks of the constitutional protection authorities or the Military Counterintelligence Service, or to enforce intellectual property rights.
We expressly point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g., when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
The use of contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation by third parties for sending unsolicited advertising and information materials is hereby expressly prohibited. This does not apply to existing business relationships or if you have received our consent to do so. The providers and all third parties named on this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertising information. The same applies to the commercial use and forwarding of data.
Accounting and Order Management For managing our accounting and orders, we use the software solution Lexware Office. Only order numbers are processed, without individually recording or storing personal data of customers. Lexware creates all orders as collective customers and does not individualize customer data. The connection to the systems is encrypted.
Since no personal data is processed here, there is no specific transfer of personal data to this provider.
